New subscribers and returning ones are now separate numbers, answers sync to Klaviyo as they're given, and anyone already in your Klaviyo account stops seeing signup popups.

New subscribers vs returning ones
"Subscriptions" is now New Subscribers — people who subscribed for the first time in the period you're viewing. The Visitors section's Subscribers means the opposite: existing subscribers who came back.
Two very different things, and they were previously one number. Growth and loyalty now read separately.
Don't ask people who already said yes
Anyone already in your Klaviyo account is recognized — not just confirmed subscribers — so they won't be shown a signup popup. Your existing customers stop being asked to join something they're already part of.
Answers arrive as they're given
Responses now sync to Klaviyo step by step, as a shopper fills them in, instead of waiting for a finish that may never come. A form abandoned halfway still gives you the half you got.
