Target forms by Klaviyo and Shopify segments
Show or hide any form based on the segments a visitor belongs to — Klaviyo segments for recognized subscribers, Shopify customer segments for logged-in customers — picked by name right in the builder.
Your segments already know who your best customers are. Now your forms can use them.
Two new audience conditions
Under Integrations in the audience builder you'll find:
- Klaviyo segments — matched against the visitor's Klaviyo profile, for anyone Formtoro has recognized as a subscriber.
- Shopify customer segments — matched for logged-in customers, straight from Shopify's own segmentation.
Each works both ways: show a form only to visitors in a segment, or hide it from everyone who is not in one.
What this unlocks
- Suppress the welcome popup for anyone already in your Engaged subscribers segment — stop asking people you already have.
- Show a win-back offer only to customers in a Lapsed segment.
- Run a VIP-only early-access form gated on your Shopify Repeat buyers segment.
Pick segments by name
No hunting for IDs. The builder fetches your segments and you pick them from a searchable list, shown as removable chips. If the list can't load, you can still paste an ID directly — authoring never gets stuck on an API hiccup.
Built to fail safe
If we can't tell whether a visitor belongs to a segment — they're anonymous, not logged in, or the lookup times out — an "in segment" condition simply doesn't show the form. Segment-gated forms never leak to the wrong audience; at worst they wait for a visitor we can identify.
