Luigi, your AI assistant

Create and edit Formtoro forms by chatting in plain language.

Luigi is the AI assistant built into Formtoro. Instead of clicking through every setting, you can describe what you want and Luigi makes it happen.

Where to find Luigi

Open Ask Luigi from the form builder. It's a chat drawer that stays with you while you edit, so you can go back and forth as the form takes shape.

What you can ask

Luigi is context-aware — it knows the form you're editing and what you currently have selected. Useful prompts include:

  • "Add an email capture step with a consent checkbox."
  • "Add a multiple-choice question: what are you shopping for today?"
  • "Make the heading bigger and match my brand color."
  • "Add a 10% discount that applies after the survey."
  • "Reorder the steps so email comes last."

Luigi drafts the change directly in the form; you stay in control and can keep refining or undo anything.

Give Luigi better context

Luigi writes better forms when it understands your store. In Settings → Store details, you can provide brand context — your industry, who your customers are, and your brand voice. Luigi uses this to make suggestions that sound like you.

Connect external AI agents

Beyond the in-app assistant, Formtoro exposes a secure MCP (Model Context Protocol) server so AI clients like Claude can read and build forms on your behalf. Manage these connections — and mint scoped API keys — in Settings → API and MCP connections. See Settings & team.
